2. SCOPE OF WORKS The Builder agrees to perform the Works at the Property in accordance with the Plans Specifications and this Contract.
Description of Works:
- Demolition of existing rear deck.
- Supply and install new hardwood timber deck (6m x 4m) including stairs and balustrading.
- Installation of two ceiling fans and weatherproof external power points.
Excluded Items:
- Landscaping or garden repairs.
- Painting of existing house walls.
3. CONTRACT PRICE The total Contract Price is $12,000.00 (incl. GST).
This price is a Fixed Price.
4. PAYMENT SCHEDULE The Owner agrees to pay the Builder as follows:
- Deposit: $1,200.00 payable on signing this contract.
- Progress Payment (Frame Complete): $5,400.00 payable upon completion of the deck frame.
- Final Payment (Practical Completion): $5,400.00 payable upon completion of all works.
Invoices must be paid within 5 days of the date of the invoice.
