NOTICE TO REMEDY BREACH OF TENANCY AGREEMENT

TAKE NOTICE that you are in breach of the Residential Tenancy Agreement dated 1 January 2023 for the premises listed above.

Time to Remedy
You must remedy the breach within 14 days from the date you receive this notice. This is in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW).
Consequences of Failure to Remedy
If you do not remedy the breach within the time allowed, we may apply to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an order terminating your tenancy agreement.
