Notes

Annotations:

  • Reason for Notice: The 'End of fixed term tenancy' box is ticked. In NSW, this typically requires 90 days notice before the lease ends on 31 December 2023. The date 12 July + 90 days = 10 October, ensuring the notice is served in time.
  • Vacate Date: Calculated precisely. If the lease ends on a specific day, the notice must align with state rules regarding the end of a tenancy period.
  • Served By: The notice is signed by the Property Manager (Agent). This is standard practice when an agency manages the property.
