PLANT HIRE AGREEMENT (DRY HIRE)
This Agreement is made on the 14th day of June, 2024
BETWEEN:
QuikHire Solutions Pty Ltd ABN: 12 345 678 901 of 21 Industrial Drive, Brisbane, QLD (The Owner)
AND:
BuildRight Constructions ABN: 98 765 432 109 of 45 Smith Street, Paddington, QLD (The Hirer)
- HIRE OF PLANT
1.1 The Owner agrees to hire to the Hirer and the Hirer agrees to hire from the Owner the plant described in Schedule 1 (The Plant).
1.2 The hire is a dry hire. This means no operator is supplied by the Owner.
- HIRE PERIOD
2.1 The Hire Period commences at 7:00 am on 17 June, 2024.
2.2 The Hire Period ends at 5:00 pm on 21 June, 2024.
2.3 The Hirer shall return the Plant to the Owner at 21 Industrial Drive, Brisbane by the end of the Hire Period.
- HIRE CHARGES
3.1 The Hire Charge is $550.00 per day.
3.2 The Minimum Hire Charge is $550.00.
3.3 The Hirer agrees to pay all charges listed in Schedule 2.
- PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 The Hirer shall pay the Owner a deposit of $1000.00 before the Hire Period commences.
4.2 The Owner shall issue invoices at the end of hire.
4.3 Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
4.4 All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
