Dear Mr Smith,

Please take this letter as formal notice that the rent for the property located at 42 Smith Street, Brunswick VIC 3056 will increase.

Details of the Increase:

  • Current Weekly Rent: $450.00
  • New Weekly Rent: $480.00
  • Amount of Increase: $30.00 per week
  • Commencement Date: 15 December 2023

Reason for Increase: Annual market review in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Agreement.
