Note: In this example, the PCBU engaged an electrician to isolate the power supply (Lock Out Tag Out) because the wiring in the old house was deemed unsafe. This is a higher level of control than just using a voltage tester. The team also used a rope and pulley to minimize manual handling risks while climbing the ladder.
