GENERAL TRADES TERMS OF TRADE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging the services of Apex Plumbing Solutions Pty Ltd, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Trade.
2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
2.1. All quotes are valid for 30 days. 2.2. A fixed price quote of $2000 for bathroom renovation is provided. 2.3. If we find rotten timber behind the shower, we will provide a variation for the extra labour and materials.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Payment is due within 7 days of the date of the invoice. 4.2. A deposit of 20% is required before we order the vanity and tapware. 4.4. Late payments will attract a fee of $20 per week on the outstanding amount.
6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
6.1. Please ensure the driveway is clear for our truck. 6.2. Please ensure the bathroom is empty of personal items before we arrive.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE AND SECURITY INTEREST
7.1. The vanity and toilet remain the property of Apex Plumbing Solutions until you pay for them in full.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
