1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to set out the rules and guidelines for employees working from home or remotely. This policy ensures that [COMPANY NAME] meets its legal obligations regarding Work Health and Safety, privacy, and fair work standards while allowing for flexible work arrangements.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all [EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS] of [COMPANY NAME] who work remotely on a [REGULAR/AD-HOC] basis. This includes working from home or any other location that is not a [COMPANY NAME] office or site.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for remote work, an employee must:
