PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Mandatory for all personnel:

• Safety boots (steel cap/composite)
• Safety glasses or clear goggles
• Broad brim or hard hat (as per site requirements)

Additional PPE for Painters/Operators:

• Respiratory protection (P2/N95 or Air-fed)
• Chemical resistant gloves
• Disposable coveralls (if spraying heavy thermoplastic)
• Hearing protection

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

Fire: Activate alarm, call 000, use extinguisher if safe. Injury: Administer First Aid, call 000 if serious, notify Supervisor. Chemical Spill: Isolate area, don PPE, use spill kit, follow SDS. Near Miss: Report to Supervisor immediately.
